    What does New Alchemy’s Anti-Counterfeit Service Cost?
    As is stated in our service agreement, we will never charge you or request funds of any kind at any point in your engagement with us. New Alchemy Solutions upfront all costs including Legal Fees, Courts Fees, and Administration, and are reimbursed later through the settlements we achieve with the counterfeiters.
    Very little. The illegal sellers we identify will have been through numerous tests for us to be fairly certain each one is offering counterfeit versions of your products. We ask you to log in to our case management software to be the final set of eyes to confirm the seller is not legitimate. On average our clients spend 30-60 minutes per month on this process.
    Through our client portal, and before any action is taken, you can tell us to strike out any that you identify are legitimate sellers/licensees.
    Yes. It is important to us that you remain in control. For this reason, we will update you with a weekly report on our progress and are always available to discuss each milestone.
    A common misconception regarding our anti-counterfeit formula is that the Brand may receive negative PR as a result of Factories, Distributors, and Sellers being forced to stop and negotiate a settlement. However the opposite has proven to be true. Counterfeit merchandise can be dangerous and even fatal to the unsuspecting consumer. To eradicate these dangerous goods from the marketplace can only result in positive PR.

    We applaud any effort you are already making. New Alchemy Solutions’ unique approach will sit alongside those existing strategies and will not interfere or cross over.
